The Active Care Scheduling app provides a streamlined approach to managing physical therapy appointments. Upon scheduling an initial appointment, users receive a registration pin to link their claims seamlessly. Subsequent appointments are automatically integrated into the app, eliminating the need for manual entry of multiple sessions, and users have the option to sync these appointments with their personal calendars.

In the event of schedule changes, the app allows users to request rescheduling or cancellations with ease, providing real-time confirmations for peace of mind. It offers a comprehensive overview of all appointments, including reminder alerts and navigation assistance.

The functionality extends to requesting multiple appointments, adding comments for therapists, tracking remaining visits, and accessing session notes—all achievable in just a few clicks. The Active Care Scheduling app is designed to facilitate an effortless management experience for therapy patients.

It should be noted that this application is exclusively available for patients whose appointments are arranged through Active Care Scheduling.
